This is our version of allergy relief. We were tired of taking antihistamine pills daily, and if we didn’t take the pills we found ourselves dealing with the not-so-attractive allergy symptoms.
Histamine Halt was named by our daughter after she asked for and started using a personal nasal inhaler that would halt her body from having such severe reactions to every little bit of pollen and allergen in the air. We still work hard to remove as much pollen as possible, but now if she comes into contact with pollen or allergens, her reaction is a lot more manageable, lesser in duration, and hasn’t gone on to cause a secondary sinus infection as it had done in the past.
Histamine Halt can be ordered “off-the-shelf”, as this is the blend that we have come to love and depend on. Each inhaler contains organic essential oils and/or herbal oils that have strong antihistamine properties. (In essence, these inhalers will be helping your body to block the receptors that histamine wants to bind to) See this blog post on how the inhalers work.
The Off-the-Shelf inhaler contains: Peppermint, Lavender, Lemon, Clove, Fennel, and Thyme essential oils, and Chamomile herbal oil. When you order an “off-the-shelf” Histamine-Halt inhaler, we will make it fresh to order and then ship it to you.
To Use: First use you may wish to hold nasal inhaler under your nose and take in a few deep breaths. If you find that you are not getting adequate inhalation, then close one nostril while gently inserting the nasal inhaler in the other (you do not need to insert more than 1/4 inch). Do this for one or two breaths in each nostril. You may repeat this as needed. We find that taking a couple inhalations upon awakening helps to start the day out right. We then keep it handy and use throughout the day when needed. Another quick inhalation after dinner allows us to go about the outdoor evening chores without less allergic reactions.
This personal inhaler contains organic herbal and essential oils on an organic cotton pad. The inhalers are made to order to ensure potency and a longer shelf life.
